| For more than 100 years, our water has come from nature,
the springs behind our company headquarters in San Luis Obispo.
Our
bottling process mixes the natural spring water with steam-vaporized
distilled water. After the mixing, the water is micron filtered
down to one micron (smaller than a red blood cell), U.V. sterilized
and ozonated for purification and to keep the integrity of
the minerals in the water. The water is then bottled fresh,
dated and delivered the next day.
Now there are several other water choices in the region,
but where does that water come from - city or county water
lines, the tap, out of county or even the state?
How fresh it? Has it been sitting on the shelf or on a truck
for days? Or weeks?
What does that do to the taste? Make it stale? Taste like
metal or plastic? Or like water from a swimming pool?
